During 1983, 1984, and 1985, I was working at the Emergency Room as Graduate Research Assistant for the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center, assigned by Anthony Graham-White, Chairperson for the Department of Communication & Theatre in Chicago, Illinois USA. Professor Elena Yu, Ph.D. from the Center for Research at UIC assigned a Survey Questionnaire For Emergency Room Senior Patients at the University of Illinois Medical Center designed to improve doctor-patient communication at the emergency room. I was instrumental in promoting doctor-patient communication at the Emergency Room for Senior Citizens who needed to speak to someone about their problem while they waited for a physician at ER at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago.

In addition, I was also providing emergency medical travel services at GESA Assistance for travellers around the USA and the world for a 24/7 medical emergency travel service.
Several years later, Kim Ramey at Human Resources from the College of DuPage Business Professional Institute and Healthcare Professional Training in Glen Ellyn hired me to work to work ad Faculty and Curriculum Developer with Kathy McCullough, R.N. to teach at Good Samaritan Advocate Hospital in Downers Grove, Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield, National Chiropractic College also known today as the National University for Health Sciences in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois USA–while I was living in Lilac Town as a Lombard resident homeowner and taxpayer at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard near St. Pius X Catholic Church and School and Westmore-Meyers Elementary School in District 5, York Township, Illinois. I also worked with Kathy Doyle for Tutoring, as well as for the Center for Independent Learning (CIL) at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
