A New Translation of the Roman Catholic Mass Service Petitioned by the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI

Through These Sacred Texts and The Actions That Accompany Them, Christ Will Be Made Present and Active in The Midst of His People. The Voice That Helped Bring These Words To Birth Will Have Completed Its Task.
–His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI

Preparing For The New Liturgy of The Word on November 27, 2011

We are preparing for the New Translation of the Catholic Roman Mass. On November 27th, the First Sunday of Advent, all Catholic parishes in the United States will begin praying with the texts of the Mass Service using a new English translation of The Roman Missal.

I Pray That in This Way Any Risk of Confusion and Bewilderment Will Be Averted, and the Change Will Serve Instead as A Springboard For A Renewal and A Deepening of Eucharistic Devotion All Over The English-Speaking World.–His Holiness Pope Benedict XVI

On Monday, June 20, 2011, at 8:00 a.m., there will be a Memorial Mass Intention at St. Pius X Catholic Church for Mr. Roberto Hung, J.D., Lombard resident homeowner, taxpayer at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois  60148, U.S.A.

Around 3:00 p.m. rush hour at the corner of Westmore-Meyers and St. Charles Road, Steve from Walgreens, drove a fast two-door sedan which made a left turn at the intersection of Westmore-Meyers and St. Charles Road against the green light and the right of way of the oncoming grey Toyota R5 SUV southbound on Westmore-Meyers crossing St. Charles Road. The two-car collision stopped traffic when the Toyota R5 SUV right side was side-swiped by the oncoming driver who failed to yield the right of way.

The intersection of Westmore-Meyers and St. Charles Road between Lombard and Villa Park is hazardous at rush hour due to fast drivers and unyielding vehicles failing to give the right of way to oncoming traffic.
