A Murder-For-Hire Target in DuPage County, Illinois USA

Driving away from the Chicagoland area into the outlaying western suburbs of DuPage County, operatives, mercenaries, and hired unknown make the perfect setting to murder-for-hire Lombard residents and homeowners drawn into York Township real estate conspiracies, insidious plots, scenarios, arranged accidents in motor vehicles, tainted food, physical abuse after working a full day, home invasions, hypodermic injections to the throat and aorta veins during sleep in bed or in sequester, induced drugs, alcoholic beverages, cardiac stroke or heart attack, apparent suicide, knife stabbings, beatings, repeated hospitalizations, trespassing into private property, tragedies, disasters, arsons, kidnappings at home and after work, torture, abuse, assault, robberies, poisonings, bullet gun shootings, laser guns, taser devices and weapons, hospital abuse of patients, and heinous hate crimes surrounding the Village of Lombard, District 5, in the state of Illinois, USA.

Murder-For-Hire Victims in Lombard are targeted as Business Owners, Homeowners, and Residents which are identified before they settle into the DuPage County area by realtors and realty companies who solicit for referrals in the state of Illinois, USA.

During 1994, the Daughter of Roberto Hung was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung was targeted for several attempts of Murder-For-Hire by kidnappings, home invasions, induced injections, cardiac stroke, traumatic head injury, head concussions, physical abuse, torture, and sexual abuse; auto malfunction and tampering with the car brakes which caused a rollover auto accident in the green GEO Tracker SUV, engine failure, broken front auto axle, rear end collision by a taxi in Park Ridge, Illinois, and many other kidnappings attempts.

Roberto Hung was a real estate customer of Baird and Warner Realtor Paulette Weininger who was in turn a business associate of Linda Schuster, a Westmont resident homeowner, also known as the girlfriend of Paul Rathe who referred Roberto Hung’s youngest son and wife to buy a house in Village of Lombard, also known as Lilac Town for the Lilac Parade celebration near Main Street. His youngest son and wife moved to the Village of Lombard in 1992 urged by the insistence of Paul Rathe, a boyfriend who lived in Boys’ Town, the gay neighborhood area on Roscoe St. near Halsted St., Lakeview area in Chicago, Illinois.

Twenty-two (22) years ago, Roberto Hung purchased a second Lombard home at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard upon referral from Baird & Werner Realtor Paulette Weininger who contacted Century 21 Realtor Dino N. Lekousis at the Lombard Pines Shopping Center during August 1993. His divorced wife and youngest son had already purchased the first Lombard home at 342 West Harrison and Elizabeth Street, near Finley Road by the Lombard Park District in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

Roberto Hung’s youngest son’s friends and realtors wanted him to ask for $10,000 cash in down payment for the Lombard home, coming from the automotive gasket manufacturing Felt-Pro IRA retirement funds and life-savings from working 4-5 jobs during the week and weekends; in addition, he had to provide monthly cash support for his divorced wife and son while they were living in a Lombard home near the Sunset Knolls Park District and the Lombard Crisis Intervention Center on Finley Road, in DuPage County, Illinois.

One year afterwards, the youngest son and wife insisted that Roberto Hung move to Lombard with his Daughter and Son-in-law in order to buy a second home with the remainder of the 401K and IRA retirement savings funds. The Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard was built in 1927 in Lilac Town, District 5, York Township in DuPage County, Illinois USA. This Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow remained at the corner of Westmore Avenue and Washington Boulevard, since the Ahrens Family built the Lombard property in 1927.

Soon after Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor purchased the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow with his Daughter and Son-in-law on September 2, 1993 from Debra Y. Sekrecki and Adam Sekrecki, her father, Stella and two children, there were unauthorized access entries into the private Lombard home by intruders and Village of Lombard employees at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.

At the time, Debra Y. Sekrecki had two (2) children, a boy and a girl, lived with Stella, and elderly senior woman who was the tenant living upstairs, and father Adam Sekrecki. Three months before, on July 11, 1993, Mr. Roberto Hung had signed a Standard Residential Sales Contract from the Du Page Association of Realtors in agreement to purchase the Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore Avenue in Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 , owned by seller Debra Y. Sekrecki. The original closing date was scheduled on September 11, 1993. However, he was called by telephone to appear sooner on September 2nd, 1993, at 3:30 p.m., at the law office of Alan Dakoff, Telephone: 708-966-0488, located at 9291 North Maryland, in Niles, Illinois 60714 , U.S.A. Century 21, Action Real Estate provided a Buyer Service Pledge presented by Steve Block, Telephone: 630-627-5500, and Dino, the real estate agent with Roberto Hung and family, who signed in agreement.

Trespassers into Roberto Hung’s Lombard home learned that he worked the evening to midnight shift at the Felt-Products Corporation on McCormick Boulevard in Skokie, Illinois; while his Daughter worked teaching during the day, afternoon, and taught evening classes until 9:30 PM, arriving late at night home; his Son-in-law was also working at Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen across from the Willis Tower South Loop, Downtown in Chicago during the whole day, afternoon, and arrived home in the evening. The Lombard neighbors John, Liz, Shawn, Monique and Taylor, Brian and others were witnesses and observers to the unknown intruders with copies of spare household keys from the former owners, tenants, and realtors who used the real estate property at the corner 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard neighbors would tell visitors that Roberto Hung, his Daughter and Son-in-law, “they were not home during the day, afternoon, or night because they were working.”

In 1994, the unknown intruders began marauding Roberto Hung’s Lombard home driving along Washington Boulevard and around the corner on Westmore-Meyers Road in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois. Afterwards Roberto Hung went on vacation to Miami, Hialeah, Broward and Kendall County, in Florida, while his Daughter and Son-in-law stayed behind working in Illinois.

During 1994, the Daughter was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois.

Since the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard, she had several near-death experiences and motor vehicles with mechanical failures leading to accidents on the Illinois roads and highways. There was a bullet hole on the middle window of the Lombard Brick Bungalow facing Washington Boulevard at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, United States of America. The Lombard neighbors residing directly across Washington Boulevard reported criminal access to the Hung-Wittler Family garage after Midnight. Lombard Police Reports support criminal access to the Motor Vehicles owned by the Hung-Wittler Family during their Lombard residency as homeowners and taxpayers at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road.

While the Daughter of Roberto Hung was was working as a Federal Employee Claims Examiner Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation, Employment Standards Administration, General Services Administration at 230 South Dearborn Street, Klucynski Building on the 8th Floor, she had a motor vehicle accident driving the Nissan 200SX near Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, Illinois during October 1991.

After midnight and while the Daughter was sleeping at home following a working day as a Certified Legal Court Interpreter and Translator, intruders would come into the house and inject her on the right side of the neck, behind the right ear and on the rear of the right ear—when she was unconscious and sleeping during the kidnapping.

As a Lombard Victim of High Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, all the Daughter’s Illinois Motor Vehicles suffered from human sabotage and conspiracy malfunction leading to mechanical failures, damages, and losses which caused accidents on the highway during the course of employment as a Certified Court Interpreter, Translator at the Illinois County Courts, City Courts, and Traffic Courts in Aurora, Addison, Elgin, Joliet, St. Charles, Waukegan, Highland Park, Wheaton, DeKalb, LaSalle, Grundy, Geneva, Chicago, Skokie, and during employment as a Communications Consultant for Arroyave Language Academy in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inlingua School of Languages, as an Adjunct Faculty for the College of DuPage, Business Professional Institute, Center for Independent Learning. The AAA Motor Club and Shell Motor Club provided emergency towing service and assistance on the Illinois highways during Motor Vehicle Failures and Accident.

The Illinois State Police have assisted and witnessed the Geo Tracker Rollover Accident, the Daughter had off the ramp from Route 83, Kingery Hwy, leading to I-90 one evening, on her way to Highland Park for the Arroyave Academy evening class where she was teaching, when she returned from Berlin, Germany and London, United Kingdom in Europe. During the rainy drive, the Geo Tracker SUV Brakes failed to stop the motor vehicle driving up the ramp, and steered away from the road, off the highway onto to a water ditch. The Daughter could not stop the Geo Tracker from rolling off and driving into the water ditch off the ramp on I-90 and Route 83, Kingery Highway. The Geo Tracker was also stolen from the College of DuPage West Parking Lot by the Police Academy, while she was teaching Spanish for Health Care Professionals at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, as reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. The Daughter had Flat Tires before going to work at the College of DuPage. Also, the Geo Tracker had Electrical Failures when the Fuses Blew Out.

Then, when the Daughter used the Nissan 200SX, the Front Axle Broke Off and Right Front Tire Drove Off the highway on I-90 off Route 83, Kingery Highway, when she was on her way to the Arroyave Academy evening class which she was teaching in Highland Park, Illinois. She had to call for Emergency Towing Service and cancel the last class she was teaching for Guillermo Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park.

The Daughter and Son-in-law tried to order a Brand New Mercedes SUV from Loeber Motors in Westmont, but the Motor Vehicle Had a Damaged Tire and Axle as an Imported Car from Germany—reported to the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois.

Afterwards, she used her Father’s White Mitsubishi Galant which was Damaged and Sabotaged when After Midnight Intruders into the Garage Used Glue Poured on the Engine, which Caused Smoke Leading to a Hole in the Engine Block—There is a Picture of the Hole in the Engine Block after the Mechanic Replaced the Entire Engine Block. The Mitsubishi Galant was permanently damaged and given to Bongo’s Towing Service in Villa Park, Illinois.

Later, on May 29 and subsequently during June 2003, the Daughter of Roberto Hung purchased two (2) motorcycles, a Yamaha Zuma and a Derbi Boulevard 150 CC from Julio Aquino and Larry Wolfe at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. paying cash for both purchases. Both, the Yamaha Zuma and the Derbi Boulevard 150 CC suffered from Motorcycle Mechanical Failures at Champion Cycle Center, Inc.

In the Village of Lombard, Gardenia C. Hung had to engage the local mechanics for service repair and maintenance at Firestone Cassidy Tire and Auto Service at 444 West Roosevelt Road, Lombard Auto Shop on Main Street and Madison Street, Westmore Towing Services, Nuts and Bolts Auto Repair at 333 South Main Street, Midas Muffler Auto Service at 832 East Roosevelt Road, and other Illinois Body & Fender Auto Repair Shops.

When the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard during September 1993, the Hung-Wittler Family had four (4) Motor Vehicles which have been damaged to cause automobile accidents on the road to and from work, deliberately sabotaged by humans, and disabled after midnight at the garage for 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard.

Although the surviving family of Roberto Hung still drives, they no longer have any Motor Vehicles in the Village of Lombard due to Conspiracy, Sabotage, Mechanical Failure, Damages and Losses at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road. The Village of Lombard owes Compensation for Motor Vehicles Damages and Losses to the Surviving Family of Mr. Roberto Hung, his Daughter, and Son-in-law Nathan S. Wittler as Illinois Victims of High Crimes in York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, U.S.A.

Five (5) years After Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor completed payment of the purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, he was abused and murdered by Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar at Vencor Northlake Hospital in Cook County, Illinois.

The Lombard Police Department had the Daughter kidnapped while she was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler in the Master Bedroom at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, County of Du Page, Illinois.

The Lombard Police had unauthorized access entry to the Hung Family home after midnight and opened the porch side door with a key, allowing several skinhead males to come into the Hung Family home when the Daughter, Gardenia C. Hung-Wittler was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler. Then one of the skinhead men pulled her off the bed, away from her husband and began to inject her, to take her away from her home in Lombard. The unknown skinhead man kidnapped the Daughter away from her family and took her to a hospital in Du Page County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung never received any medical records or reports from the DuPage County Hospital near the Village of Lombard in Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung has been kidnapped on several occasions by the Lombard police who also forced her hospitalization at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, Ward D. The Daughter of Roberto Hung reported forced hospitalization by the Lombard Police at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, medical service fraud and abuse of a patient to the health insurance company which her husband paid at work for Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen, Logistics Systems in Bensenville, Jewel-Osco Lombard store on Main Street, DuPage County, Illinois.

Murder-For-Hire of Lombard resident homeowners after midnight in the Village of Lombard is just as common as forced hospitalizations, induced drug injections designed for overdose cardiac strokes, and physical abuse of victims of crimes in the County of DuPage in Illinois, USA.

In addition, I have been kidnapped as a Lombard resident homeowner sleeping in the Master Bedroom after Midnight at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, in District 5, York Township,  Du Page County, Illinois.  I have victimized in the Village of Lombard while Lombard Police and Fire Department have not reported personal injuries filed under Alias Unknown Victim of Crime, since the criminals took my personal wallet with Illinois resident identifications and Driver’s License and stole cash currency in my purse.

For the last thirty (30) years since 1982, I have worked for American Translation and Interpreting Agencies in the Chicagoland area as an Employee Certified Interpreter and Translator where I have been paid hourly rates starting at a minimum of  $7.00 – $10.00 to $25.00 for a 2-Hour Assignment without any Employee Benefits for Medical Healthcare, Holidays, Vacation, or Retirement Pension and a maximum ranging from $50.00 to $100.00 without any other employee benefits.  Now in 2012, my U.S. Social Security income is less than other employees in the Chicagoland area.  I am missing income salary after I have worked for American Translation and Interpreting Agencies in Illinois:

Trans-Lingual, Inc. where Maureen Mueller was the Receptionist/Secretary at 8 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois USA

Action Translation Bureau managed and owned by Joseph “Joe” Raudonis in Palos Heights, IL

Carmen Kenny & Associates, in Arlington Heights, Illinois USA

Gloria Domenech & Associates in Hyde Park, Illinois USA

Linguistic Systems, Inc. managed by Caroline Weaver De Philips and John Martin President in Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts, USA

Interlate Systems Inc./Pan Blanco owned by Brad White, managed by Renee Hodstaetter, Jacquie Guiter, and Maria Contreras in the City of Elgin, Aurora, Batavia, Illinois USA.  After kidnapping me in Aurora, Illinois following a legal court interpreting assignment for Interlate Systems Inc. also known then as Pan Blanco in Elgin, a Lombard Policeman offered to drive me home my Lombard home and broke my right big toe, knocking me out, and injuring me at my Lombard home, which caused me to have a traumatic concussion, resulting in a mild stroke, and loss of consciousness so he could remove me from my home and sequestered me to an unknown DuPage Hospital where my family could not find me. Once again, I became a Victim of Crime by the Lombard Police Department. Afterwards, the Lombard Police continued to trespass and access my Lombard home without authorization by passing out the Hung Family’s household spare keys to intruders without the homeowners’ consent and approval.

During 1990, I worked as a Certified Legal Interpreter and Translator for Diplomatic Languages Services (DLS) in care of Elizabeth Degnan, Director at DLS at that time, whose office was located at 1111 North 19th Street, Suite 525, Arlington Virginia  22209, Telephone:  +1 (703) 243-4855.  Twenty-two years later, Diplomatic Language Services DC has relocated to 1901 Fort Myer Drive #600, 6th Floor, in Arlington, Virginia  22209-1604 USA.  When I interpreted and translated for Diplomatic Language Services (DLS) and Elizabeth Degnan in 1990, I was assigned to the Everett McKinley Dirksen Federal Building, 219 South Dearborn St. in Chicago, at the Federal Bureau of Investigation office which used to be there under a Special Agent in Charge for Chicago telephone wiring operations involving other special agents for ATF, CIA, and the Chicago Police Department, a retired Hispanic policeman called Pablo, investigating suspicious operations in Steger, Momence, and Mokena, Illinois, including border patrol agents from Brownsville, Texas, and Broadview, Illinois.  There were six (6) Special Agents in Charge Polish, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Texan, and two (2) interpreters to log-in telephone wiring activities for Chicago, Steger, Momence, and Mokena, Illinois.  In addition, I worked with Elizabeth Degnan at DLS transcribing Spanish cassette tape recordings into English which were mailed and faxed upon completion.

After I worked as a certified interpreter and translator for Diplomatic Language Services and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Chicago at the Dirksen Federal Building, I became a Lombard Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes, kidnappings after midnight, burglaries, automobile accidents, flat tires and towing services, stolen Geo Tracker SUV at the College of Du Page Police Academy Parking Lot, Forced Hospitalizations by the Lombard Police Department, Physical Abuse and Family Abuse, Telephone Hang-ups, Harassment, Attempts To Kill Me During Sleeping Hours, Forced Injections on the Right Side of My Neck, Legs, Broke Right Toe, Fractured Hammertoe, A Bullet Hole on the Front Side Window at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road, Heinous Hate Crimes in Lombard, District 5, York Township, in the County of Du Page, Illinois 60148-3028 USA.  I have been severely abused and physically injured as a Lombard Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes after I worked with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Diplomatic Language Services doing certified interpreting and translation assignments on-site.  The Lombard Police Department under Chief Kuntz, Chief Van Dillerkoffer, Chief George Graves, Ray Byrne, Dane Cuny, and other Lombard police staff have personally caused me a lot of harassment and physical abuse, burglaries, unauthorized access to my private Lombard home and business resources for Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc., and my family real estate assets.

I have been victimized for the last twenty-one (21) years as an Illinois Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes seeking justice, fairness, and compensation for criminal damages and losses, personal injury from a broken pigeon right toe stumped by a Lombard Policeman, kidnappings, physical abuse, sexual assault at home and by force in Du Page County, torture, harassment, theft, burglary, robbery, stealing by local thieves allowed by the Lombard Police and Fire Department and persecution, to include several automobile accidents as an individual and citizen of the United States of America in the Village of Lombard, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois.

In addition, I have been victimized by heinous hate crimes, real estate property roofing water damages and losses, homelessness in Du Page County.  Also, the Lombard Police and Fire Department have taken my personal U.S. Naturalization documents, personal family documents, and business resources after Keith Steiskal from the Lombard Fire Department, Lombard Police and other intruders trespassed into private property stored in the garage at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 USA.  In addition, U.S. Cellular has been intercepting, blocking, and interrupting wireless mobile telephone and internet network services during the year 2011-2012 while removing essential Contacts information, overbilling and overcharging for Carnival Cruise Mobile Marketing from the Bahamas, Jamaica, Haiti, and Puerto Rico from operatives and predatory cybercriminals.

I have written to you in order to report heinous hate crimes, physical abuse, kidnappings, forced hospitalizations, denial of civil procedures, abuse of human rights in housing under the law, conspiracy, sedition, harassment, attempts to murder me during my sleep at home, repeated motor vehicle accidents and near-death experiences, to include the medical murder of my father Mr. Roberto Hung Mustelier Juris Doctor.  I have reported all motor vehicles accidents during the course of employment as a certified legal and medical interpreter/translators, member of CHICATA, ATA, FIT-IFT.     Please add my name to the list of Victims of Heinous Hate Crimes during the course of employment as a certified interpreter/translator, member of the American Translators Association, the Chicago Area Translators Association, and the Federation of  International Translators.  Advise how I can be compensated as A Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes in the Village of Lombard York Township DuPage County Illinois USA.  I can be reached by mail directly at Post Office 1274, Lombard, Illinois 60148-8274 USA or Email.

Fifty-four (54) years ago, I was born the first daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor and his wife Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos, in the historic city of Santiago de Cuba founded by Spaniards, at the private Spanish Clinic of Los Angeles known today as Mariana Grajales Hospital, near the University of Oriente where my Father worked as an attorney, professor and chairman of the department of business law and economics and my Mother taught Education courses for teachers trained in literacy education for Cuba.  The Municipal City of Santiago de Cuba Town Hall where my father worked as a judge and attorney was also located near the private Spanish Clinic of Los Angeles in Santiago de Cuba, one of the first and oldest cities in the Americas, designated as a World Heritage Center by UNESCO.  Since both my parents spoke Spanish, English, and French, I was encouraged to learn other languages while I was growing up and during my early visits to the University of Oriente, among my parents’ colleagues, associates, friends, and visitors who also spoke French, Chinese, Italian, Portuguese, German, and other world languages.

My Father’s friends were all educated and professional translators and interpreters, well versed in Castilian Spanish from Spain and its regional provinces of Galicia, Castilla, La Mancha, Catalunya, etc., as well as in English from Commonwealth including England, Hong Kong, Canada, Jamaica, and American English from the United States of America.  My Father had studied at the University of Oriente, the University of La Habana, the University Nacional Autónoma de México in Mexico City, D.F.  In addition, my Father had also visited Washington D.C. in the United States for his professional accreditation and legal research studies in Cuba, U.S.A., México, London, England in the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Belgium and Switzerland in Europe.

The famous Gregory Rabassa who translated the literary work “One Hundred Years of Solitude” by Gabriel García Márquez, the Colombian Nobel Prize author, lived and visited in La Habana and Santiago de Cuba, Cuba.

My parents’ colleagues, associates, and friends encouraged me to say words in other languages by teaching me to interpret what they were saying to me and repeating phrases from Spanish into other foreign languages.  They decided that I could actually speak, read, and write Spanish well, so that I could learn other languages also to become a language interpreter and translator in English, French, Portuguese and other foreign languages. At that time, the United Nations was very popular around the world and in Cuba.  In addition, the American Translators Association was established in 1958 in Virginia, U.S.A. They ought to have advised me about the risks and perils that interpreters and translators experience in their lifetime and during the course of employment, especially in the Great Lakes area by Lake Michigan Great Lakes Naval Base, Lake Huron, Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, Lake Superior in the Midwest of the United States, and in the western suburbs of the Chicagoland area as far as Du Page County, Kane County, and Will County, Illinois U.S.A.  Family friends from the Great Lakes Naval Base and the U.S. Navy in Virginia, encouraged both my parents to immigrate to the United States of America with their sponsorship via Catholic Charities and the Cuban-American Freedom Flights from La Habana to Miami, Florida where our families lived already.  My Aunt Consuelo Fonseca and her husband Guillermo Fonseca had already established their own Cuban family lifestyle in Miami, Florida.  Also my Uncle Miguel Hung, his wife Silvia “Bebita” Hung-Simons, her daughter Olivia, son Miguel, son Santiago and son Raymundo “Ray” Hung-Simons, also lived in Miami, Florida, USA.  However, my parents decided to emigrate to the Midwest by the Great Lakes areas surrounding Lake Michigan, in Chicago, Illinois where my Father’s cousin Fernando Wong, his wife Yoland Wong Fen, his daughter Sueling, son Fernando, and daughter Meiling lived on Howard Street, North Shore, near Skokie, Illinois in the USA.

Forty-one (41) years ago, while my Mother was studying at Loyola University for her Master of Arts in Spanish Spanish Literature with Dr. Martinez and Dr. Luján, I was reading and translating her books from Spanish into English during her evening classes at Loyola Lewis Tower by Michigan Avenue and Chicago, Illinois USA.  Also, I could read and speak from her Portuguese course records.  Since I had already started learning English as A Second Language at Avondale Elementary Grammar School on the Northwest side of Chicago with Miss Pantos (Mrs. Kardos), Miss Honeywood, and Mr. Herb Hebel, I followed up with course records in Spanish, French, and Portuguese.  Three years later, I enrolled in French classes at Madonna High School with Pat D’Andrea and Mrs. Francis Salvato until 1977 when I graduated from high school with English and Literature from Sister Christine, Sr. Jude, and Mrs. Barbara Davidson for High Honors in Speech, Reading, Writing, and Communications.  Madonna High School shows my course records to be at the tenth (10%)  per centile of the graduating alumnae for the National Honor Society and the French National Honor Society.

Thirty (30) years ago, I attended Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) where I began to work as a Student Aide at the Financial Aid Department with Mrs. Annette Cohn for the Illinois Veterans Administration Scholarship sponsored by the GI Bill, managed with Shirley Levin, Angie Pappas at the Reception Desk, Marie Liszewski, Marilyn Kuhn, George A. West, Frank Solano, Kathy Crane, and other student aides, staff, and Civil Service employees on the B-Wing of the NEIU Campus.  I was assigned to work with Angie Pappas, the Secretary at the Reception Desk by the front door, in order to provide other commuter students with information about the Pell Grant and Illinois Guaranteed Loans, Illinois State Scholarships, and other financial aid assistance to study at Northeastern Illinois University in English and Spanish in person, by telephone, and via U.S. Mail.  I became proficient as a bilingual speaker for community students who spoke English and Spanish at Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 North St. Louis Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60625 USA.  I was interpreting and translating for the Financial Aid Department at NEIU for the next five (5) years while I studied for a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Spanish, French, Secondary Education, Journalism, Speech, Communications, Linguistics, Athletics, Dance, and other cross-disciplinary studies from 1977 through 1982.

During 1982, I met Maureen Mueller at Northeastern Illinois University, where she was also studying Spanish in the same courses for a Bachelor of Arts degree.  Maureen Mueller worked at Trans-Lingual, Inc. as secretary for the professional business language and translation agency.  I applied at Trans-Lingual, Inc. and was hired to teach English, Spanish, and French, as well as to translate and interpret into English, Spanish, and French after attending NEIU during the day—I was working more than one job to pay for my college education, commuting expenses, travel to Laval University at the Ville de Québec in Canada, as well as family household expenses at home.

In the Summer of 1982, I travelled to Laval University after I was awarded the French-Canadian Summer Immersion Scholarship to study during June, July, and early August while I lived in Ville de Québec on campus to immerse, acculturate, assimilate fully in the use and practice of the French language and culture by French-Canadians in Montréal, Ville de Québec, Trois Rivières, Bay de Gaspé, the Laurentian Mountains known as Les Laurentides in the Canadian province of Québec at the University of Laval, the oldest university in North America since its foundation in the 1700s. I remember travelling and singing with Québecois Suzanne Faguy and other French-Canadian co-educational college students at Laval University in Ville de Québec, Canada during the Summer of 1982. While I was studying at Northeastern Illinois University from September 1977 through 1982 with Professor Dorette Klein, I was awarded the Laval University French Summer Immersion Scholarship, Université Laval Bourse d’Eté while living in residence on campus at the Ville de Québec, Canada. In the Spring of 1981, while I was Vice-President of the French Club, while Bruno was the President, I had travelled to Montréal, Ville de Québec, Canada with Professor Dorette Klein and the French Club from Northeastern Illinois University at 5500 North St. Louis, Chicago, Illinois 60625 USA.  I was also interpreting and translating from English into French.

Mid-August 1982 I was still in the Ville de Québec, Canada from where I travelled by airplane to Calgary, Alberta to meet with Benjamin “Ben” Wolf, a Northeastern Illinois University college friend who was planning to visit and camp out in the Canadian Rocky Mountains near Lake Louise and Château Louise in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

In the Fall of 1982, I was enrolled with Dr. Rosalyn O’Cherony, Dr. Bonnie Busse, and Dr. Albert Milanesi at Northeastern Illinois University for Student Teaching at Lincoln Park Middle School, Grades 6th, 7th, and 8th, as well as for Lincoln Park High School with Master Teachers Maureen Dolan and Maureen Green.  I had already worked with Master Teacher Himilse Badell who taught at LaSalle Academy Magnet School for the Chicago Public Schools in Illinois USA.

By 1982, I was already speaking American English, understanding Canadian French, and of course, Spanish with Dr. Angelina Pedroso, Dr. Eduardo Pantigoso, Dr. Vicki Nájera, Dr. Rodriguez, and French with Dr. Albert Milanesi, Professor Dorette Klein, and Linguistics Professor Tom Richardson, Ph.D. and basic Portuguese at the NEIU Foreign Languages Division headed by Dr. Bruno Galassi who had been my professor for basic Italian I.

The Village of Lombard Caused Criminal Disaster & Tragedy for the Hung Family after Mr. Roberto Hung purchased a Lombard Historic Bungalow at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road & Washington Boulevard, near St. Pius X Catholic Church and School. Lombard Police and Fire Department trespassed and allowed unauthorized people to jump the surrounding picket fence and damage roofing and wooden structure at the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family members, to include business equipment and resources for Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc. in DuPage County, Illinois 60148, in the State of Illinois, near the Department of Drivers and Motor Vehicles, in the United States of America.

For the last twenty (20) years, the surviving family members of Mr. Roberto Hung Mustelier, J.D., himself included, have all been abused as Victims of Crime in the Village of Lombard, in the County of DuPage, in the State of Illinois, after they purchased two (2) Lombard historic homes. The Hung Fong and Wittler families are being denied Victims of Crime Rights under the Constitution of the State of Illinois and the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Village of Lombard Water Service Department managed by Sharon Meyers has a water bill for $118.00US which was being used by Keith Steiskal at the Building Permits Departments to deny a building permit purchase requested by the Zees Group Disaster Restoration Services, in care of Mr. Zee Kawa, contractor, www.zeesgroup.com . Even when there was No Water, No Sewage, and No Water Service since 2004, 2005, when the Lombard plumbing pipes burst under ungauged and excessive water pressure released by the Village of Lombard Public Works, there was No Water or Sewage Service at 502 S. Westmore Avenue —the Village of Lombard had already installed new PSI valves to monitor water pressure for Lombard water mains which overflow to cause plumbing failure, water flooding and damages, www.villageoflombard.org.

The Village of Lombard adds surcharges, overcharges, and triple the water service charges and sewage utilities billing for resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois, USA. Lombard even overbills resident homeowners for water utility services as part of the consumer service fraud practice at the Village of Lombard Town Hall in DuPage County, Illinois USA. Waterbill padding for surcharges, overbilling, and surplus service charges are a common business deceptive practice used by the Village of Lombard to collect additional funding from resident homeowners in DuPage County, Illinois USA. A Lombard water bill can duplicate or triplicate consumer usage per household based on surcharges and overbilling service charges attached for deceptive business practices in the Town Hall, subject to consumer service fraud, www.ftc.gov, in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2008, http://www.villageoflombard.org, the Village of Lombard Police under Ray Byrne and Dan Cuny, including the former chief of the Fire Department headed by George Seagraves and Keith Steiskal, Lombard Department of Buildings caused criminal disaster demolition following roofing destruction and water damages and losses to the Hung Family’s Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow, http://www.preservehistoricestate.zoomshare.com, at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois 60148-3028, in the , http://www.2008damagesandlossescausedbylombard.blogspot.com, United States of America. As a result of the Village of Lombard’s wrongful actions and criminal activities in Du Page County, Illinois, I, Gardenia Hung Wittler have become homeless and destitute. I am a Lombard victim of abuse and heinous hate crimes in Du Page County, Illinois USA. The Village of Lombard is denying me human rights in housing under the law by refusing to provide lawful lodging and compensation as a victim of heinous hate crimes and abuse to include the criminal disaster demolition of the Hung Family home in Du Page County, Illinois USA.

On November 14, 2008, Henry W. Hochstatter offered a car ride after meeting at the Grace Lutheran Community Church, at the corner of Princeton Street and St. Charles Road in Villa Park, a former resident in Addison, actually offered to provide transportation in his TOYOTA SUV SR5 in exchange for Shell Oil gasoline in the amount of $25.00US and to cover car gasoline expenses thereafter to and from homeless shelters at local churches sponsored under PADS Action in Housing based in Wheaton, Illinois.

After November 5, 2008, I had to stay at the Motel 66 on Roosevelt Road, in Villa Park, Illinois, for one night only, since the Lombard Fire Department would not pay for my lodging after the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard home at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in Du Page County, Illinois. The Village of Lombard made me homeless by their criminal activities and wrongful actions around the Hung Family real estate property. So I was advised by the Illinois Department of Human Services in Villa Park to go to Wheaton and register for Du Page PADS, Inc. located at 705 West Liberty, Wheaton, Illinois 60187, Telephone: (630) 682-3846, http://www.dupagepads.org , Shelter for the Homeless with local churches such as Peace Lutheran Church in Lombard, Grace Lutheran Church of Villa Park, Community Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, Naperville, Carol Stream, Itasca, and other locations in Du Page County, Illinois. The Village of Lombard and David Hulseberg, Village Manager, have been refusing to provide lawful lodging and housing under the law following the criminal disaster demolition of my Lombard historic home owned by Mr. Roberto Hung and family in Du Page County, Illinois, in the United States of America.

On November 14, 2009, Henry William Hochstatter decided to rent an apartment owned by Alex King Construction, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Apartment 4B, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA, by referral from his cousin Charles “Chuck” Pickerill and his wife Karen Pickerill who had lived at the same building complex while leasing from Alex King, a friend of his father, former Fire Chief Charles Pickerill from the Villa Park Fire Department, Station No. 3 on Ardmore Street, near Willowbrook High School and the Islamic Foundation Center on Highridge Road in Villa Park, Illinois USA. For the last year, during December 2008 and the remainder of 2009, Henry W. Hochstatter had been sharing lodging with Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) at the InTown Residential Suites, at the corner of Roosevelt Road and Villa Avenue in Villa Park, Illinois USA, near the Community Christian Church of Villa Park. During December 2008 and January 2009, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) first paid cash and credit with the VISA Chase card for the first floor lodging, Room 125, since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money to his name or in his pocket because his wife Joan Julia (Mueller) Hochstatter had demanded a divorce and cancelled the joint checking and savings account, while suspending his disability funds for lack of a residential address in Addison, Illinois; then, due to a traumatic brain injury disability, Henry W. Hochstatter was given Room 139 for disabled people at the InTown Residential Suites, where I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) paid and shared lodging expenses to be paid by the week in cash or credit.

Since Chuck Pickerill did not provide enough cash or credit for Henry William Hochstatter to rent the apartment leased by Alex King Construction Inc., the Church of Christ on Villa Avenue in Addison, provided the cash deposit by check for Henry W. Hochstatter to rent the apartment on November 14, 2009. I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter complete the leasing form in writing in front of Alex King and Andy, his secretary at the office for Alex King Realty, Inc. at 140 West St. Charles Road, Villa Park, Illinois 60181, USA. Also, I helped to pay for the AT&T Telephone deposit for installation at the apartment since Henry W. Hochstatter did not have any money at the time. I have been helping Henry W. Hochstatter by paying expenses he had for cable installation, groceries, car gasoline, mobile telephone, VISA CHASE credit card charges, medications, personal toiletries, etc.

In addition, I, Gardenia C. Hung (Wittler) helped Henry W. Hochstatter move his personal and household belongings, hard metal tools, etc. from his Addison home at 437 Natalie Drive into two (2) units at the U-Store-It in Addison and from the InTown Residential Suites, Room 139, on the second floor to the second floor, up the stairs to Apartment 4B at 140 West St. Charles, Villa Park, Illinois 60181 USA.

During the same time, I was helping and driving trucks, cars, SUVs, at the UHAUL in Villa Park and in Addison, while his Uncle “Charlie” Pickerill was working there transporting UHAUL Truck, Trailers, and Wagons from Chicago, Forest Park, Oak Park, Iowa City, Arlington Heights, Downers Grove, Bloomingdale, DeKalb, and other locations because Chuck Pickerill was missing Andrew, Jacquie, and Casey Rae from his own family members, since neither Karen Pickerill, his wife, nor Kathy Nolet, were not driving any trucks anywhere—neither were Gary Nolet or Mike Nolet driving trucks for UHAUL. I had to pay for the UHAUL Trucks gasoline during the transportation from Iowa City to Villa Park, Illinois.

After Uncle Charlie Pickerill had a heart attack on Sunday, following his hunting mule deer in Montana, cousin Chuck Pickerill started screaming at people at the UHAUL in Villa Park, Illinois, USA.

Since UHAUL in Villa Park was short staffed, I had already driven an UHAUL Truck back from Arlington Heights along Palatine Road and Route 53, after 7:00 PM in the evening with Henry W. Hochstatter, who drove back another UHAUL truck himself.

My name is Gardenia C. Hung (Fong) Wittler, eldest daughter of Mr. Roberto Hung Mustelier, and Lombard resident homeowner at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, Post Office Box 1274, Lombard, Illinois 60148-8274, in DuPage County, citizen of the United States of America. Since I have lived in the Village of Lombard, I have been a victim of heinous hate crimes, emotional distress, personal tragedy, physical abuse, a broken right toe which has developed into a hammertoe with painful muscle tension around the twisted right ankle (attached photos), harassment, sedition, kidnapping on several occasions, inducing drug while I was sleeping at home–injecting me behind the ear, around the neck area, thighs, ankles, toes, and feet, conspiracy, contrived auto accidents due to mechanical failure, motor breakdown, faulty brakes, broken front axle, electrical wiring failure on the motorcycle Derbi Boulevard 150 CC, a broken Sears Craftsman Deluxe Lawn Mower, damaged auto vehicles, victim of criminal disaster roofing for water damages and losses, burglary, theft. I have been married to former U.S. Navy Postal Clerk Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) during the years of victimization from June 18, 1988 through June 17, 1994, when Nathan S. Wittler filed for a divorce by proxy in West Dummerston, Vermont, New England in the United States of America.

For the last seventeen (17) years, I have worked as a legal, medical, technical interpreter and translator while I have lived in the Village of Lombard, in the Counties of Du Page, Cook, Will, Kane, Grundy, LaSalle, Lake in Illinois, United States of America. During the same period of time, I have been employed as a certified freelance court interpreter and translator for Interlate Systems, Inc. in Elgin and Aurora, Arroyave Languages Academy in Arlington Heights and Highland Park, Palencia Language Services in Chicago, Accurate Translations Bureau in Hinsdale, and other translation agencies in the U.S.A. I have been an active member of the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association (CHICATA) http://www.chicata.org, the American Translators Association (ATA) http://www.atanet.org, the International Federation of Translators (FIT) http://www.fit-ift.org. I have been commissioned as an Illinois Notary Public in Cook and Du Page County, Illinois. In addition, I have worked as faculty at the College of Du Page in Glen Ellyn and Lombard for Good Samaritan Hospital, Central Du Page Hospital, National Chiropractic College (NCC) , also known as the University of Health and Sciences in Lombard, as well as for other companies sponsored by the College of Du Page Business Institute Programs for Health Communications.

Prior to living in the western suburbs, during January 1991, I resided on the northwest side of Chicago, while I worked as certified interpreter and translator for Action Translation Bureau in Palos Heights and Carmen Kenny and Associates in Arlington Heights, Illinois upon assignment at the Illinois Industrial Commission Arbitration Center for Workers’ Compensation . In addition, I was hired for temporary assignment by Diplomatic Languages Services based in Arlington, Virginia. Later, I was employed as a medical claims examiner for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workers’ Compensation (OWCP), Employment Standards Administration (ESA), General Services Administration (GSA). http://www.dol.gov

During seventeen years of residency in the Village of Lombard as a homeowner, I have participated as an active volunteer for the Lombard Service League, Friends of the Helen M. Plum Library Committee, Friends of the Park, the Lombard Garden Club, Friends of the Court in Wheaton, Court Advocacy Programs in Illinois; as well as faculty and committee/community volunteer at the College of DuPage, for the Latin American Studies Committee with Zinta Conrad and the European Heritage Committee with Ann Cotton.

While I growing up, I never had to worry about having a roof above my head and a place to live, until I moved to the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois, in the United States of America. My great-grandparents and great-great grandparents in mainland China, Taiwan, and Cuba, all owned their own real estate property, private homes, and purchased land parcels to lease to others. All American family members living throughout the United States of America, have real estate holdings today under the same family name. As the eldest daughter of an attorney, judge, and university professor, I was fortunate to have been born with the same family name and real estate land holdings and accounts where my name was listed. Only the Village of Lombard in the York Township community has questioned my human rights in housing under the law after seventeen years (17) years of homeownership as a Lombard resident and U.S. citizen in the State of Illinois during the 21st century—after my Father and I, purchased a Lombard Historical Brick Bungalow at 502 S. Westmore Avenue, at the corner of Washington Boulevard, one block northwest from Westmore Elementary School and one block southeast from St. Pius X Catholic Church and School, only three blocks from the Illinois Secretary of State Drivers Vehicle Facility at the Eastgate Shopping Center along Westmore-Meyers Road and half a mile from the York Township Community Center. For the last seventeen (17) years, the Village of Lombard has been denying U.S. Constitutional rights in housing under the law in the State of Illinois to me as a Lombard resident homeowner and U.S. citizen in the State of Illinois. And for the same period, the Village of Lombard Town Hall, Police and Fire Department, have been using me, as a Victim of Crime while being a working Lombard resident homeowner and U.S. citizen, in Du Page County, Illinois in the United States of America. Thus, the Village of Lombard, Town Hall, Police and Fire Department, including Du Page County have been violating my human rights in housing under the law and the Constitution of the State of Illinois, in the U.S.A. today.

For the record, the Hung Family purchased the Lombard Brick Bungalow on September 2, 1993 and moved to the Village of Lombard in DuPage County, Illinois during the Autumn 1993 from the Northwest side of Chicago, Cook County. The Hung Family have been Lombard resident homeowners at the corner of 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, near Saint Pius X Catholic Church and Westmore Elementary School, all victims of heinous hate crimes, criminal disaster demolition, persecution, harassment, and physical abuse, car accidents, and forced hospitalizations in DuPage County, Illinois USA. The Village of Lombard and DuPage County, have been stealing from the Hung Family personal, family belongings, household electronics, kitchen equipment, and professional company assets and resources belonging to the company Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc. without compensating or restituting the Estate of Mr. Roberto Hung and Family and/or the company Communications, Languages & Culture, Inc. in the State of Illinois, United States of America.

The Village of Lombard is denying me human rights in housing under the law as a Lombard Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes, during seventeen (17) years of living in Du Page County as resident homeowner and U.S. citizen, when David Hulseberg continues in the refusal to provide lawful lodging, compensation, and restitution for criminal disaster roofing damages and losses, considered to be violations of the Bill of Rights under the Constitution of the State of Illinois.

During 2009-2010 and the celebration of the Bicentennial of the late President Abraham Lincoln’s two hundredth anniversary, the Constitution of the State of Illinois still upholds “inherent and inalienable human rights” listed under the Bill of Rights, Section 1, Section 2, Section 6, Section 8.1, Section 12, Section 15, Section 17, Section 18, Section 20, Section 23, Section 24, as follow:

(Section 8.1 added by the Seventh Amendment to the Constitution. Approved November 3, 1992, effective November 23, 1992).

No Discrimination on the Basis of Sex

The equal protection of the laws shall not be denied or abridged on account of sex by the State of Illinois or its units of local government and school districts.

Individual Dignity

To promote individual dignity, communications that portray criminality, depravity or lack of virtue in, or that incite violence, hatred, abuse or hostility toward a person or group of persons by reason or by reference to religious, racial, ethnic, national or regional affiliation are condemned.

Fundamental Principles

A frequent recurrence to the fundamental principles of civil government is necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty. These blessings cannot endure unless the people (of the State of Illinois) recognize their corresponding individual obligations and responsibilities.

Right Retained

The enumeration in this Constitution (of the State of Illinois) of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the individual citizens of the State of Illinois.
