My Grandfather Santiago’s oldest daughter Luz “Leing” Hung Mock celebrated another birthday anniversary with her first son Guillermo Mock and her grand-daughter Lily Mock in South Miami, Florida, Kendall County during May 19, 2013. Aunt Luz “Leing” married Guillermo Mock, a friend of my Grandfather Santiago Hung from China, in Santiago de Cuba. Aunt Leing and Uncle Guillermo Mock begot three children: Guillermo, Santiago, and Gertrudis Mock.

“Roberto Hung’s Vacation To Miami, Florida, and Queens/Flushing, New York in the USA”

In 1993, after Mr. Roberto Hung J.D. purchased Lombard real estate property and moved to the Village of Lombard on September 2, 1993, he developed a thumb infection from a steel metal splinter acquired at work during the 3rd shift for Felt-Products After Market Auto Parts Division. Consequently, Roberto Hung developed a fever and a swollen thumb which was festering and required medical attention; then he was hospitalized with a swollen thumb infection at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois USA. I remember driving to visit my Father, Roberto Hung, who was hospitalized as an in-patient at St. Francis Hospital from Lombard in DuPage County to Evanston on the North Shore by Lake Michigan. Since there was no hospital or medical health center in the Village of Lombard, Roberto Hung retained his health care plan at work from the Felt-Products Corporation in Skokie and kept his medical insurance group on the North Shore Clinic near Rogers Park and St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois USA.

After Roberto Hung’s medical leave and recovery from hospitalization, he went back to work at Felt-Pro in Skokie, Illinois, driving every night from Lombard in DuPage County after midnight and around 2:00 o’clock in the morning twilight to his new Lombard Brick Bungalow Home in District 5, near St. Pius X Catholic Church and School in York Township.

The following year in 1994, during the Spring, my Mother’s youngest sister Xiomara Fong Ramos de Zayas from Santiago de Cuba was invited to visit her and my youngest brother at 342 Harrison near Sunset Knolls Park and Main Street where the Lilac Parade takes place. I picked up my Aunt Xiomara at O’Hare Airport because my youngest brother was working all day at Allstate Insurance Company in Northbrook, Illinois. This family reunion took 23 years to become a special event for all of us and included more relatives who were planning to meet and gather in our new Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard. Aunt Xiomara has a lot of pictures, memorabilia, and photographs of her visit in Lombard during Lilac Time—more than enough good memories to return again during Spring 1998, four years later—(after my Father, Roberto Hung was bedridden, disabled, and unemployed following a home invasion and assault which caused a Traumatic Brain Injury and Aneurysm on December 21-22, 1996).

Later in Spring 1994, Nathan S. Wittler’s parents Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler Patriquin announced their home visit to the Village of Lombard since they were driving from West Dummerston, Brattleboro in Vermont across the USA on holiday vacation to Hartington, Nebraska to visit Grandmother Wittler and Duane Wittler his brother who lived on the family farm near Lincoln, Nebraska with his sister Virginia and husband George Fox.

When Nathan S. Wittler went on vacation to West Dummerston, Bratteboro in New England to visit the Wittlers at the farm by the West River in South Vermont, I stayed at our Lombard home while I was working in DuPage County and the Chicagoland area in Illinois USA.

Six years before, the Wittlers had met my Father and Uncle Filiberto Hung and his wife Mireya Hung and daughter Ana Mireya Hung Lee during the 1988 wedding at Olive Park by Navy Pier and remembered the Wedding Reception aboard the Star of Chicago along Lake Michigan which was well attended by Nathan S. Wittler’s family including his Grandmother and Uncle Duane Wittler, his Aunt Virginia and husband George Fox, and his brothers Bryan, Kent, youngest sister Heather and her fiancé John Eruren at that time. In addition, Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler had invited her brother Dr. David Patriquin and Mrs. Cynthia Patriquin and more friends to attend the Wedding Reception and Dinner aboard the Star of Chicago by Lake Michigan during Father’s Day weekend on June 18, 1988. My Mother did not attend my wedding day and refused to be involved in the wedding plans and festivities while she lived with my youngest brother during 1988.

From 1988 through 1996, I was working and lived as a Lombard resident homeowner in DuPage County, Illinois, I was at staying at the Lombard Brick Bungalow while my Father, Roberto Hung was on vacation visiting his family and relatives in Miami, Florida and Flushing, New York.

Afterwards, my Father went on Vacations To Visit His Family Relatives, His Brothers, His Sisters, Nephews and Nieces in Florida and New York. I drove my Father, Roberto Hung to the O’Hare Airport to catch his flights to Miami, Florida, to visit his oldest brother Miguel Hung, his son Miguel Hung-Simons and wife Pamela Hung Maggiano, Daughter Brittany and son Mike Hung with all the family; also travelled to New York La Guardia Airport near Queens, Flushing where my Uncle Filiberto and Aunt Mireya lived with his family, Ana Mireya, Ileana, Santiago and Grandson Rafael Hung. Roberto Hung also visited his youngest sister Caridad “Cei-Chieng” Fong and brother-in-law Joaquin Fong and children, Joaquin Jr. and daughter Teresa Tan with her family.

During his travel vacations, my Father, Roberto Hung, also visited his oldest sister Luz “Leing” Mock and her son Guillermo Mock, his wife Millie and other family relatives.

Aunt Xiomara is my Mother’s youngest sister who lived in Kingston, Jamaica

Xiomara Fong Ramos, wife of Pedro Zayas, has travelled in the Cuba, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Miami, Florida, and in the Chicagoland area in the USA, and in London, England, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Germany, and the Central European States.

Now Aunt Xiomara who is a senior retired urban planner lives in Santiago de Cuba with her husband Pedro Zayas and her Grandchildren who visit her during the summer in Cuba. Aunt Xiomara only has one son whose name is Pedro also, married to Xiomara with two children Eliannie and Rafael Alejandro Zayas. My Mother is the God-mother of Xiomara’s son Pedro.

My Mother’s third sister Xiomara was born on July 28, 1948, ten years after her oldest sister and middle sister Dulce María, all legitimate daughters of the Chinese national Alberto Fong and Cuban Irene Ramos Mejías, who managed the business of the Tailoring Garment Factory and Dry Cleaners, Downtown in Kingston, Jamaica. My Grandmother Irene’s oldest son José also known as “Pepín” was the first child from her first marriage. Then my Mother was born in 1938 as the first daughter of her second marriage to Alberto Fong in Santiago de Cuba. Her second broher José Alberto was born before the middle daughter Dulce María, Xiomara was born afterwards, and the youngest son Miguel was born the last of six children begotten by Irene Ramos Mejías during her lifetime between Santiago de Cuba and Kingston, Jamaica.

During 1994, Aunt Xiomara visited Miami, Florida, and the Village of Lombard in York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA. My Mother and youngest brother invited Aunt Xiomara to visit us, after our family purchased two (2) Lombard homes in the state of Illinois, United States of America. Aunt Xiomara travelled by herself to North America. When Aunt Xiomara arrived to O’Hare Airport, we went to pick her up for her holiday visit to Chicago and the Village of Lombard where she stayed with my Mother and youngest brother at 342 West Harrison Street near Main Street and Lilacia Park. That same year, other house guests were invited to our Lombard homes. Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler (Patriquin) my in-laws and parents of my husband Nathan Scott Wittler, were driving across North America from South Vermont in New England during the Spring of 1994 and coincided with my Aunt Xiomara during our family reunion. My Father, Mr. Roberto Hung invited all of us to breakfast, lunch, and dinner at his expense as a welcoming host in our Lombard home at 502 S. Wesmtmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.

While Aunt Xiomara was visiting us in the Village of Lombard, I used to pick her up in my sportscar Nissan 200SX and driver her to go shopping at the Oakbrook Center to purchase fashion clothes at Lord & Taylor, Marshall Field’s and other stores in DuPage County, Illinois. I bought Aunt Xiomara fashion garments as gifts to take back with her upon returning to Santiago de Cuba.

In the past, Uncle Pedro Zayas, Aunt Xiomara and her son Pedro lived in Europe and travelled through London, England, Poland, Czechoslovakia, Germany and the Central European States.

When Aunt Xiomara was a young girl, she used to help my Mother while she was studying to be a teacher at the Normal School for Teachers and the University of Oriente in Santiago de Cuba. Aunt Xiomara used to keep my Mother company as a youngest sister, closest friend, and chaperone when the latter met my Father, Roberto Hung when they were introduced at a social event in Santiago de Cuba, before my parents were married on March 23, 1957.

Aunt Xiomara is ten (10) years older than I am. Last July 28th, she celebrated her 64th birthday anniversary in Santiago de Cuba where she lives with her family, grandchildren, friends, and co-workers.

The family of my Aunt Xiomara and Uncle Pedro Zayas, they also have other relatives who live in state of New Jersey and across the United States of America and around the world.

A Murder-For-Hire Target in DuPage County, Illinois USA

Driving away from the Chicagoland area into the outlaying western suburbs of DuPage County, operatives, mercenaries, and hired unknown make the perfect setting to murder-for-hire Lombard residents and homeowners drawn into York Township real estate conspiracies, insidious plots, scenarios, arranged accidents in motor vehicles, tainted food, physical abuse after working a full day, home invasions, hypodermic injections to the throat and aorta veins during sleep in bed or in sequester, induced drugs, alcoholic beverages, cardiac stroke or heart attack, apparent suicide, knife stabbings, beatings, repeated hospitalizations, trespassing into private property, tragedies, disasters, arsons, kidnappings at home and after work, torture, abuse, assault, robberies, poisonings, bullet gun shootings, laser guns, taser devices and weapons, hospital abuse of patients, and heinous hate crimes surrounding the Village of Lombard, District 5, in the state of Illinois, USA.

Murder-For-Hire Victims in Lombard are targeted as Business Owners, Homeowners, and Residents which are identified before they settle into the DuPage County area by realtors and realty companies who solicit for referrals in the state of Illinois, USA.

During 1994, the Daughter of Roberto Hung was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung was targeted for several attempts of Murder-For-Hire by kidnappings, home invasions, induced injections, cardiac stroke, traumatic head injury, head concussions, physical abuse, torture, and sexual abuse; auto malfunction and tampering with the car brakes which caused a rollover auto accident in the green GEO Tracker SUV, engine failure, broken front auto axle, rear end collision by a taxi in Park Ridge, Illinois, and many other kidnappings attempts.

Roberto Hung was a real estate customer of Baird and Warner Realtor Paulette Weininger who was in turn a business associate of Linda Schuster, a Westmont resident homeowner, also known as the girlfriend of Paul Rathe who referred Roberto Hung’s youngest son and wife to buy a house in Village of Lombard, also known as Lilac Town for the Lilac Parade celebration near Main Street. His youngest son and wife moved to the Village of Lombard in 1992 urged by the insistence of Paul Rathe, a boyfriend who lived in Boys’ Town, the gay neighborhood area on Roscoe St. near Halsted St., Lakeview area in Chicago, Illinois.

Twenty-two (22) years ago, Roberto Hung purchased a second Lombard home at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard upon referral from Baird & Werner Realtor Paulette Weininger who contacted Century 21 Realtor Dino N. Lekousis at the Lombard Pines Shopping Center during August 1993. His divorced wife and youngest son had already purchased the first Lombard home at 342 West Harrison and Elizabeth Street, near Finley Road by the Lombard Park District in DuPage County, Illinois USA.

Roberto Hung’s youngest son’s friends and realtors wanted him to ask for $10,000 cash in down payment for the Lombard home, coming from the automotive gasket manufacturing Felt-Pro IRA retirement funds and life-savings from working 4-5 jobs during the week and weekends; in addition, he had to provide monthly cash support for his divorced wife and son while they were living in a Lombard home near the Sunset Knolls Park District and the Lombard Crisis Intervention Center on Finley Road, in DuPage County, Illinois.

One year afterwards, the youngest son and wife insisted that Roberto Hung move to Lombard with his Daughter and Son-in-law in order to buy a second home with the remainder of the 401K and IRA retirement savings funds. The Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard was built in 1927 in Lilac Town, District 5, York Township in DuPage County, Illinois USA. This Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow remained at the corner of Westmore Avenue and Washington Boulevard, since the Ahrens Family built the Lombard property in 1927.

Soon after Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor purchased the Lombard Historic Brick Bungalow with his Daughter and Son-in-law on September 2, 1993 from Debra Y. Sekrecki and Adam Sekrecki, her father, Stella and two children, there were unauthorized access entries into the private Lombard home by intruders and Village of Lombard employees at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois USA.

At the time, Debra Y. Sekrecki had two (2) children, a boy and a girl, lived with Stella, and elderly senior woman who was the tenant living upstairs, and father Adam Sekrecki. Three months before, on July 11, 1993, Mr. Roberto Hung had signed a Standard Residential Sales Contract from the Du Page Association of Realtors in agreement to purchase the Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore Avenue in Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 , owned by seller Debra Y. Sekrecki. The original closing date was scheduled on September 11, 1993. However, he was called by telephone to appear sooner on September 2nd, 1993, at 3:30 p.m., at the law office of Alan Dakoff, Telephone: 708-966-0488, located at 9291 North Maryland, in Niles, Illinois 60714 , U.S.A. Century 21, Action Real Estate provided a Buyer Service Pledge presented by Steve Block, Telephone: 630-627-5500, and Dino, the real estate agent with Roberto Hung and family, who signed in agreement.

Trespassers into Roberto Hung’s Lombard home learned that he worked the evening to midnight shift at the Felt-Products Corporation on McCormick Boulevard in Skokie, Illinois; while his Daughter worked teaching during the day, afternoon, and taught evening classes until 9:30 PM, arriving late at night home; his Son-in-law was also working at Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen across from the Willis Tower South Loop, Downtown in Chicago during the whole day, afternoon, and arrived home in the evening. The Lombard neighbors John, Liz, Shawn, Monique and Taylor, Brian and others were witnesses and observers to the unknown intruders with copies of spare household keys from the former owners, tenants, and realtors who used the real estate property at the corner 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, Lombard, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. The Lombard neighbors would tell visitors that Roberto Hung, his Daughter and Son-in-law, “they were not home during the day, afternoon, or night because they were working.”

In 1994, the unknown intruders began marauding Roberto Hung’s Lombard home driving along Washington Boulevard and around the corner on Westmore-Meyers Road in District 5, York Township, DuPage County, Illinois. Afterwards Roberto Hung went on vacation to Miami, Hialeah, Broward and Kendall County, in Florida, while his Daughter and Son-in-law stayed behind working in Illinois.

During 1994, the Daughter was kidnapped by a Black man who had arranged to meet with the interpreter from the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters for interpreting translation assignment work in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois.

Since the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard, she had several near-death experiences and motor vehicles with mechanical failures leading to accidents on the Illinois roads and highways. There was a bullet hole on the middle window of the Lombard Brick Bungalow facing Washington Boulevard at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, United States of America. The Lombard neighbors residing directly across Washington Boulevard reported criminal access to the Hung-Wittler Family garage after Midnight. Lombard Police Reports support criminal access to the Motor Vehicles owned by the Hung-Wittler Family during their Lombard residency as homeowners and taxpayers at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road.

While the Daughter of Roberto Hung was was working as a Federal Employee Claims Examiner Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation, Employment Standards Administration, General Services Administration at 230 South Dearborn Street, Klucynski Building on the 8th Floor, she had a motor vehicle accident driving the Nissan 200SX near Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, Illinois during October 1991.

After midnight and while the Daughter was sleeping at home following a working day as a Certified Legal Court Interpreter and Translator, intruders would come into the house and inject her on the right side of the neck, behind the right ear and on the rear of the right ear—when she was unconscious and sleeping during the kidnapping.

As a Lombard Victim of High Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, all the Daughter’s Illinois Motor Vehicles suffered from human sabotage and conspiracy malfunction leading to mechanical failures, damages, and losses which caused accidents on the highway during the course of employment as a Certified Court Interpreter, Translator at the Illinois County Courts, City Courts, and Traffic Courts in Aurora, Addison, Elgin, Joliet, St. Charles, Waukegan, Highland Park, Wheaton, DeKalb, LaSalle, Grundy, Geneva, Chicago, Skokie, and during employment as a Communications Consultant for Arroyave Language Academy in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inlingua School of Languages, as an Adjunct Faculty for the College of DuPage, Business Professional Institute, Center for Independent Learning. The AAA Motor Club and Shell Motor Club provided emergency towing service and assistance on the Illinois highways during Motor Vehicle Failures and Accident.

The Illinois State Police have assisted and witnessed the Geo Tracker Rollover Accident, the Daughter had off the ramp from Route 83, Kingery Hwy, leading to I-90 one evening, on her way to Highland Park for the Arroyave Academy evening class where she was teaching, when she returned from Berlin, Germany and London, United Kingdom in Europe. During the rainy drive, the Geo Tracker SUV Brakes failed to stop the motor vehicle driving up the ramp, and steered away from the road, off the highway onto to a water ditch. The Daughter could not stop the Geo Tracker from rolling off and driving into the water ditch off the ramp on I-90 and Route 83, Kingery Highway. The Geo Tracker was also stolen from the College of DuPage West Parking Lot by the Police Academy, while she was teaching Spanish for Health Care Professionals at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn, as reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. The Daughter had Flat Tires before going to work at the College of DuPage. Also, the Geo Tracker had Electrical Failures when the Fuses Blew Out.

Then, when the Daughter used the Nissan 200SX, the Front Axle Broke Off and Right Front Tire Drove Off the highway on I-90 off Route 83, Kingery Highway, when she was on her way to the Arroyave Academy evening class which she was teaching in Highland Park, Illinois. She had to call for Emergency Towing Service and cancel the last class she was teaching for Guillermo Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park.

The Daughter and Son-in-law tried to order a Brand New Mercedes SUV from Loeber Motors in Westmont, but the Motor Vehicle Had a Damaged Tire and Axle as an Imported Car from Germany—reported to the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois.

Afterwards, she used her Father’s White Mitsubishi Galant which was Damaged and Sabotaged when After Midnight Intruders into the Garage Used Glue Poured on the Engine, which Caused Smoke Leading to a Hole in the Engine Block—There is a Picture of the Hole in the Engine Block after the Mechanic Replaced the Entire Engine Block. The Mitsubishi Galant was permanently damaged and given to Bongo’s Towing Service in Villa Park, Illinois.

Later, on May 29 and subsequently during June 2003, the Daughter of Roberto Hung purchased two (2) motorcycles, a Yamaha Zuma and a Derbi Boulevard 150 CC from Julio Aquino and Larry Wolfe at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. paying cash for both purchases. Both, the Yamaha Zuma and the Derbi Boulevard 150 CC suffered from Motorcycle Mechanical Failures at Champion Cycle Center, Inc.

A. MECHANICAL MALFUNCTION. THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC, WITHOUT A FOOT BRAKE, REQUIRES THE MOTORCYCLE DRIVER TO STOP THIS MOTOR VEHICLE WITH BOTH FEET. THE HANDLE BAR BRAKES CONTROL THE CYLINDER DISC BRAKE DRUM WHICH HAS BEEN SCRATCHED, WHILE THE (2) BRAKE PADS HAVE SLIPPED OFF, SLID OFF, CAUSING NOISY SQUEAKING, SHIRRING, AND SCRATCHING ON THE ROAD. IN ADDITION, THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC EMISSION EXHAUST SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER THE DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.

THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC HAS BEEN DAMAGED during the course of service by José Rivera, Service Manager, and the assigned mechanic, Jon Jon, due to carelessness, negligence per se, and failure to provide mechanical service for THE emission exhaust SYSTEM and THE welding of (2) two bolts securing the motor, as guaranteed by the DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY CONTRACT AND COVERAGE for Emission Exhaust Service (page 18, Derbi Red Power, Boulevard 150 cc., owners’ manual) which “covers class i motorcycle or motorscooter (50-169 cc): for a period of use of five (5) five years or 12,000 kilometers (7,456 miles), whichever first occurs. if an emission-related part on your motorscooter is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by Derbi. this is your emission control system defects warranty”; as well as in the Sales Purchase Agreement provided to the customer, Gardenia C. Hung, in this legal SETTLEMENT action. THE DERBI WARRANTY SERVICE CONTRACT APPROVED THE EMISSION EXHAUST SERVICE AND WELDING REPAIR ACCORDING JOSE RIVERA, SERVICE MANAGER AT THE CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO. THIS EMISSION EXHAUST SERVICE AND WELDING REPAIR REQUIRED A DETAILED DISASSEMBLY, TO TAKE APART THE ENTIRE DERBI EMISSION EXHAUST AND MOTOR SYSTEM FOR WELDING AND CLEAN UP MAINTENANCE, VERY CAREFULLY DONE BY A CERTIFIED WELDER MECHANIC, OFF-SITE, NOT AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO—SINCE DUST, DEBRIS, AND DIRT HAD PENETRATED THE DERBI EXHAUST EMISSION AND MOTOR SYSTEM WHEN JON JON, THE MECHANIC, HAD OVERDRILLED the HOLE FOR THE SECURING BOLTS WHICH HAD BROKEN OFF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC ON THE ROAD. IN ADDITION, THERE IS THE OMISSION OF THE BATTERY PLATE WITH A CRACKED HOLE, WHICH HAS BEEN REMOVED BY THE DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO DURING 2004, 2005, AND 2006. THE REMOVAL OF THE 2003 DERBI BATTERY PLATE HAS CAUSED WEATHER EXPOSURE AND ENERGY LEAKAGE TO RUST AND PERMANENTLY RUIN THE ELECTRICAL WIRING, BATTERY POSTS, AND 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC OPERATING SYSTEM.
C. FUNCTIONAL DISREPAIR OF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC CAUSED BY THE DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO HAS RENDERED THIS MOTORCYCLE INOPERABLE UNDER THE 625 ILCS 5/1-100 ET SEQ. In the Village of Lombard, Gardenia C. Hung had to engage the local mechanics for service repair and maintenance at Firestone Cassidy Tire and Auto Service at 444 West Roosevelt Road, Lombard Auto Shop on Main Street and Madison Street, Westmore Towing Services, Nuts and Bolts Auto Repair at 333 South Main Street, Midas Muffler Auto Service at 832 East Roosevelt Road, and other Illinois Body & Fender Auto Repair Shops.

When the Daughter of Roberto Hung moved to the Village of Lombard during September 1993, the Hung-Wittler Family had four (4) Motor Vehicles which have been damaged to cause automobile accidents on the road to and from work, deliberately sabotaged by humans, and disabled after midnight at the garage for 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard.

Although the surviving family of Roberto Hung still drives, they no longer have any Motor Vehicles in the Village of Lombard due to Conspiracy, Sabotage, Mechanical Failure, Damages and Losses at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road. The Village of Lombard owes Compensation for Motor Vehicles Damages and Losses to the Surviving Family of Mr. Roberto Hung, his Daughter, and Son-in-law Nathan S. Wittler as Illinois Victims of High Crimes in York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, U.S.A.

Five (5) years After Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor completed payment of the purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, he was abused and murdered by Respiratory Therapist Ben Aguilar at Vencor Northlake Hospital in Cook County, Illinois.

The Lombard Police Department had the Daughter kidnapped while she was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler in the Master Bedroom at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard in the Village of Lombard, County of Du Page, Illinois.

The Lombard Police had unauthorized access entry to the Hung Family home after midnight and opened the porch side door with a key, allowing several skinhead males to come into the Hung Family home when the Daughter, Gardenia C. Hung-Wittler was sleeping with her husband Nathan Scott Wittler. Then one of the skinhead men pulled her off the bed, away from her husband and began to inject her, to take her away from her home in Lombard. The unknown skinhead man kidnapped the Daughter away from her family and took her to a hospital in Du Page County, Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung never received any medical records or reports from the DuPage County Hospital near the Village of Lombard in Illinois. The Daughter of Roberto Hung has been kidnapped on several occasions by the Lombard police who also forced her hospitalization at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, Ward D. The Daughter of Roberto Hung reported forced hospitalization by the Lombard Police at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, medical service fraud and abuse of a patient to the health insurance company which her husband paid at work for Premier Assistance GESA Groupe Européen, Logistics Systems in Bensenville, Jewel-Osco Lombard store on Main Street, DuPage County, Illinois.

Murder-For-Hire of Lombard resident homeowners after midnight in the Village of Lombard is just as common as forced hospitalizations, induced drug injections designed for overdose cardiac strokes, and physical abuse of victims of crimes in the County of DuPage in Illinois, USA.

In September I was a freshman college student at Northeastern Illinois University (NEIU) starting the Fall semester of the year 1977. My Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor wanted me to attend NEIU because he worked at Felt-Products Inc. nearby at McCormick Boulevard and Touhy in Skokie, Illinois. The Felt-Pro Corporation included the college children of employees in the Mecklenburger Scholarship benefits.

According to Crain’s Chicago Business, Felt Products was originally a parts supplier for the Ford Model T, Felt Products Manufacturing Co. was founded on the North Side in 1918 by Hugo Herz and his son-in-law Albert Mecklenburger. Later renamed Fel-Pro, the company remained family-owned until it was sold in 1998 to Federal-Mogul Corp. of Southfield, Mich., which subsequently went into bankruptcy reorganization. (All three families who ran Fel-Pro at the time of the Federal-Mogul deal are descended by blood or by marriage from Mr. Herz.)

Fel-Pro, which had 2,700 employees and 11 plants making gaskets for internal combustion engines, sold for $720 million.

Softer side: Fel-Pro regularly headed lists of companies offering generous employee benefits. There were fitness and day care centers at the Skokie plant, as well as a children’s summer camp and recreation area spanning 250 acres near Cary. Fel-Pro paid for tutors for employees’ children and sponsored scholarships. There were company-paid lawyers and psychologists on site to counsel employees, and even an artist-in-residence program.

The company contended the extras weren’t expensive. “At Fel-Pro, 93 cents of every benefit dollar went to standard things like pensions and profit-sharing and health care and vacation. That’s what automakers are struggling to fund today,” says Ken Lehman.

“All the other things cost just 7 cents out of every benefit dollar.” Even so, many of the old perks have been dismantled since the sale”.

Nowadays: Kenneth Lehman is managing partner of a family investment concern, KKP Group LLC in Evanston, and is on the board of the family’s charitable organization, the New Prospect Foundation, which has assets of about $20 million. He is also chairman of Winning Workplaces, a non-profit that consults on workplace issues. He’s on the boards of both Care USA, an international relief organization, and Public Radio International. Public station WBEZ-FM in Chicago named its studios the Lehman Family Public Radio Center.

David Weinberg promotes charter schools in Chicago. Paul Lehman heads Austin Lehman Adventures, which sponsors off-the-beaten-path vacations.

Dennis Kessler is a principal in Family Business Innovations, which assists private firms with succession planning, and Kessler Management Consulting LLC, both in Northbrook, Illinois.

My Father, Mr. Roberto Hung was a full-time employee at the Felt-Products Corporation until 1996, for twenty-two (22) years in Skokie, Illinois USA.

I was referred to the NEIU Financial Aid Department for Work Study as an Assistant Student Aide for the Veterans Administration GI Scholarship managed by Mrs. Annette Cohn, Shirley Levin.

In addition, I was to help the Computer Analyst Marie Liszewski Ruiz with NEIU Student Financial Aid Reports, provide student aide support to Marilyn Kuhn, and also assist Angie Pappas at the Reception Desk, Kathy Crane, George A. West and Frank Solano, David Hefland at the Career Counseling Center and other Civil Service staff who worked at Northeastern Illinois University, 5500 N. St. Louis, B Wing, Chicago, Illinois 60625 USA.

Maxfield’s Pancake House is West Roosevelt Road in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois

Four (4) years ago, both Michelle Leaver and her Mother Olivia Hung-Simons drove to the western suburbs for breakfast at 352 East Roosevelt Road, Maxfield’s Pancake House to meet me on Saturday morning for Brunch with Henry William Hochstatter, on August 15th, 2009, during the Summer of 2009.  Michelle Leaver is the daughter of Wayne Leaver and Olivia Hung-Simons, who was staying at the Columbia College Downtown Residence while she was sent to study in Chicago, Illinois where her father Wayne Leaver was raised and educated.  Wayne Leaver wanted Michelle, his youngest daughter to live and study in the Windy City by Lake Michigan, Illinois USA.  Afterwards, Michelle Leaver moved to Oak Park and River Forest, near Concordia College.

When I received a telephone call from Olivia and Michelle, I was surprised to hear that they were both in Chicago, Illinois.  I had not seen my Cousin Olivia Hung-Simons for more than thirty years.  Olivia is the niece and god-daughter of  my Father, the late Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor who visited her Father Miguel Hung and family in Miami, Kendall County, Florida.

Friends of Roberto Hung’s family encouraged Michelle Leaver and her Mother to meet with me in Lombard because Michelle had a roommate who lived in DuPage County, and visited there regularly and over the weekends.

Maxfield’s Pancake House is a nice family restaurant to meet and reconnect with relatives and friends in Lombard and the western suburbs of  DuPage County, Illinois.

The family meeting with my Cousin Olivia and her Daughter Michelle Leaver was pleasant over breakfast for four people since I had invited them to meet me with Henry W. Hochstatter on Saturday morning at Maxfield’s, a popular eatery on weekends.  I had not seen Cousin Olivia since she had married Wayne Leaver or met her daughter Michelle who had been living and visiting in Chicago, Illinois for several years, unbeknown to me and my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor.

During the family meeting, Michelle and Olivia wanted to take digital photos of our gathering at Maxfield’s.  After breakfast, Olivia and Michelle were planning to drive to Rockford, Illinois and return in the evening for dinner.  So, Olivia invited me and Henry to have dinner at T.G.I.F. in Oak Park by 7:30 P.M.  At T.G.I. Friday’s we exchanged gifts for Olivia and Michelle Leaver.

Afterwards, Michelle Leaver left Chicago suddenly, got into a car accident, and became pregnant.  Since then, Michelle Leaver gave birth to a son whose name is Joseph.  During July 2013, Michelle Leaver and Olivia Hung-Simons have removed all the photos from Facebook and the Internet.

While my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung worked for Felt-Products Corporation
in the Gasket Manufacturing Industry and After-Market Auto Parts Division in Skokie, Cook County, he purchased several cars during his lifetime in the state of Illinois and in the Village of Lombard, District 5, York Township, DuPage County as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, near the Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White Motor Vehicles License Facility at 837 S. Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard.
