Motorcycle Service Terrorism at Champion Cycle Center, Inc., 3625 N. Western Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60618, caused by damages to the 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC serviced by motorcycle mechanic Jon Jon, and Champion Service Manager José Rivera, under the management of Larry Wolfe, Salesman Julio Aquino, and other employees.
This 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC is under a 5-year Defective Warranty underwritten by Derbi, S.A. in Barcelona, Spain. Please investigate why Champion Cycle Center, Inc. damaged the brand new 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC motorcycle from June 11, 2003 through November 11, 2004–within one year of cash purchase paid by Gardenia C. Hung, M.A. This afternoon, Larry Wolfe refuses to allow Gardenia C. Hung at the motorcycle service shop and tells her to leave the premises. The Champion Cycle Center, Inc. motorcycle service shop is located on Western Avenue and Addison Street, in the Wrigley Field neighborhood, across from Lane Technical High School, in Chicago’s Northwest side, in the State of Illinois. I am requesting an investigation for mechanical terrorism and destruction of the 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC motorcycle which Larry Wolfe refuses to return tto Gardenia C. Hung and/or reimburse/refund with cash for damages and losses to this motorcycle.
Explain Your Problem: (Please limit your complaint to 2000 characters.): (Product Name: Derbi Boulevard 150 CC Motorcycle & 5-Year Defects Warranty) Mr.Robert A. Gornik, Counsel for Champion Cycle Center, Inc. failed to appear in court on July 6th, 2007, 10 a.m. in the Circuit Court of Cook County, First District. (Product Name: 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC Motor Vehicle, Motorcycle) My name is Gardenia C. Hung, M.A. I am writing to report the 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC Motorcycle Serviced by Champion Cycle Center, Inc. of Chicago, its employees who have damaged this brand new motorcycle purchase in June 2003 throughout November 11, 2004, during the course of motorcycle service, maintenance, tune-up, and repair. On November 11, 2004, the Derbi motorcycle battery stopped working due to frayed electrical wires, and electrical power discharge given a cracked hole at the bottom of the battery compartment caused by JonJohn, motorcycle mechanic on-site. In addition, there is the omission of the battery plate with a cracked hole, which has been removed since then by Champion Cycle Center, Inc. employees on-site during 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007, inclusive. The removal of the battery plate under the saddle seat has caused extreme weather exposure outside the service shop where is kept, as well as electrical discharge and battery leakage resulting in complete oxidation (rust) and permanent damage and losses to the electrical wiring system of the motorcycle, battery posts, and to the entire motorcycle operating system of the motor vehicle itself at the Champion Cycle Center, Inc. Service Shop in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois USA. In addition, this 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC Motorcycle is missing the required Foot Brake, as well as (2) brake pads which have slid and shirred off the disc drum brakes. In addition, the 2003 Derbi Boulevard 150 CC Motorcycle has a damaged Throttle and does not start. It is inoperable and useless in complete disrepair. Signed by Gardenia C. Hung, M.A.
