I am requesting Emergency Assistance York Township and the Office of the Attorney General, Michael B. Mukasey, and the U.S. Department of Justice, due to abuse of the legal process and unconstitutional proceedings initiated by Keith Steiskal at the Bureau of Inspectional Services for the Village of Lombard, in the County of DuPage, Illinois—calling an Emergency Court Hearing for Monday, 27 October 2008. I am a Victim of Terrorism, Crime, Disaster, and Domestic Violence in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois, USA. Since I have lived in Lombard as a resident homeowner and taxpayer, I have been abused as a Victim of Domestic Violence at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road in Du Page County, Illinois. While I have been abused and victimized, neither the Village of Lombard Police Department or the Fire Department has ever notified me, helped me or included me for Victim of Crime compensation, counseling support or a Victim of Crime Panel in Du Page County, Illinois. I have been injured, traumatized, and hospitalized on several occasions, while unconscious, and not been informed by the Lombard Police Department about Victim of Crime procedures, court hearings, or compensation by repeat offenders in the Village of Lombard, Du Page County, Illinois. Neither the Lombard Fire Department or the Police Department has ever mailed me any correspondence to appear as a Victim of Crime in Du Page County, Illinois.

Since I do not have any cash money to take the PACE bus to Wheaton at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, for the DuPage County Judicial Center, I am asking for cash funds and emergency general assistance as a Victim of Disaster, Crime, and Domestic Violence in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois USa.

I am petitioning cash compensation as legal resident homeowner in Lombard, DuPage County, Illinois for the public use of my private property under the Constitution of the United States of American and the Constitution of the State of Illinois.

For the record, Gardenia C. Hung has not received any U.S. mail notice from the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton, Room 2007, DuPage County Judicial Center, Illinois 60187.

Before Monday, 27 October 2008, at 8:30 AM, in Room 2007, I am requesting intervention before Judge Bonnie M. Wheaton, at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Wheaton, from the Office of the Attorney General in the U.S. Department of Justice. Once again, I am petitioning legal assistance from the Illinois General Assembly, and the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as Emergency General Financial Assistance from York Township from the Village of Lombard and Du Page County, Illinois, USA. I have asked for cash funds to cover personal needs, public transportation and/or taxi fares, winter lodging with amenities for heating, electricity, water, telephone, gas, winter clothing since my coat is old, worn, and shredded, winter shoes, winter boots, food. It is already cold and the Village of Lombard refuses to provide the Building Permit to cover roofing water damages and losses caused by terrorists, criminals, trespassers, and the Lombard Police Department. Thank You for your prompt attention to this matter.
