Gardenia C. Hung visited the 48th Ward Office to request Affordable Housing Options In or Near the 48th Ward. Still have not received any help from my youngest brother Robert S. Hung or estranged spouse Nathan Scott Wittler Patriquin or my Mother Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos and friend John Croft. Now Gardenia C. Hung is not allowed to stay with youngest brother Robert S. Hung or her Mother Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos, her friend John Croft in the Cagan Building at 1060 West Hollywood Condominium Association. Right now, Gardenia C. Hung is displaced without lodging or a place to stay after returning from the Family Reunion in Santiago de Cuba.
I have already met with your staff member, Cecilia Bocanegra, in your office.

Honorable Harry Osterman, 48th Ward Office:

My name is Gardenia C. Hung. I visited the 48th Ward Office this Spring 2016, after I returned from a Family Reunion in Santiago de Cuba from 29 March through 29 April 2016 with my youngest brother Robert S. Hung and Cuban family in Santiago de Cuba. During our stay in Santiago de Cuba, Robert S. Hung was told that to move out of Unit 313 in June 2016, before the end of his leasing contract with Peak Management. When Robert S. Hung arrived to O’Hare International Airport, on Friday, 29 April 2016, after 8:30PM, he collected his luggage and took a cab by himself to 1060 West Hollywood Avenue. Then, he locked himself into Unit #313 and did not allow his oldest sister Gardenia C. Hung into the apartment unit to get her personal clothing, her business resources, toiletries, cooking ware, use the toilet, the shower or the bathroom.

I am the eldest sister of Robert S. Hung, Chicago resident and tenant at 1060 West Hollywood, #313, Chicago, Illinois 60660. I am suffering from displacement by my youngest brother Robert S. Hung and need the support of Alderman Harry Osterman in the 48th Ward to address this injustice, cruelty, abuse of human and housing right, inequity by the Cagan Real Estate company, Peak Management, and the 1060 West Hollywood Condominium Association.

For your convenience, I can be reached via email ghungma, grdhng,

I can also meet you in person, Harry Osterman, since I have attended a Community Outreach meeting in the 48th Ward. Please contact me directly. I have been displaced from lodging and Family Support by Anna Aaronson and Aimée Tuft, as well as by inhumane and cruel harassment in the building when I have been living there for the last three (3) years in Unit 313.

Please help me.
