A Father’s Day Wedding Twenty-six Years Ago

What Happened To Gardenia C. Hung Since She Married Nathan Scott Wittler Patriquin?

Twenty-six (26) years ago, I, Gardenia C. Hung, married Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) on Saturday, June 18, 1988 in Chicago, City Hall, and held a Wedding Reception aboard the Star of Chicago yacht at Navy Pier by Lake Michigan, in Illinois USA. Family witnesses to our wedding ceremony included my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor, my youngest brother Robert S. Hung, his parents Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler (Patriquin) who invited his family from Hartington, Nebraska bringing his Mother Wittler and his brother Duane Wittler and sister Virginia and her husband George Fox who also flew to Chicago with his brother-in-law Dr. David Patriquin M.D. and his wife Cynthia Patriquin from Ohio, my Uncle Filiberto Hung and his wife Mireya Hung Lee came with my cousin Ana Mireya Hung Lee who travelled from Flushing, New York, Nathan’s siblings, Bryan Wittler, Kent Wittler, Heather Wittler and her boyfriend John Eruren arrived from West Dummerston, Vermont to attended the public wedding ceremony at the City Hall in Chicago, Illinois USA. Other wedding guests were Mirtha Quintana and her Mother Josefa Quintana who were invited as friends, colleagues, Marie Lizewski, a co-Worker from Northeastern Illinois University, Anthony Graham-White who was Faculty from the University of Illinois attended my wedding. Robert Hung’s friend Bob Roessler and his girlfriend Joan attended the yatch wedding reception and three-hour cruise on the Star of Chicago by Navy Pier. The Wittlers family invited Reverend Schoup and his wife from Evergreen Park, Chicago, to the wedding reception on the Star of Chicago and Christian missionaries American Friends of Turkey were invited to the Wedding Luncheon near the Belmont Hotel on Friday afternoon where they were staying by the Belmont Harbor, Lake Michigan in Illinois. Nancy Wittler brought the wedding favors and gifts from Istanbul, Turkey to celebrate the first wedding in her family for her first son Nathan S. Wittler at the age of 30 years old. Over the years, Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler had made many friends around Christian missionaries American Friends of Turkey (AFOT) at the University of Chicago and Hyde Park, as well as in the Midwest and across the United States of America. During June 1988, the Wittlers were returning to the USA to visit their family, friends on vacation from their Christian missionary work with the World Council of Churches in Istanbul, Turkey. After our wedding and reception, Reverend Melvin A. Wittler and Mrs. Nancy Wittler returned to their farm in West Dummerston, South Vermont, New England. My Mother, Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos, refused to attend my Wedding Ceremony and Reception, even though I had purchased a fancy dress for her to wear at my Wedding with Nathan S. Wittler (Patriquin). My Mother, Mrs. Gardenia Fong Ramos did not attend my Wedding Ceremony or the Reception aboard the Star of Chicago Yacht Cruise along Lake Michigan, Illinois USA.

Since I married Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin), I have never had any children from our marriage with him because he does not want to have any offsprings with me. Our honeymoon getaway was in Madison, Wisconsin.

Early on June 7, 2001, I was driving Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) to work at Global Logistics in Bensenville, taking North Avenue to Route 83, Kingery Road, when from the passenger’s seat, Nathan leaned over and pulled the steering wheel down which changed the front tires to make a left turn on the median, while Nathan tried to cause me to have an auto accident. The left front tire turned and budged against the median and the white Mitsubishi sedan made a sudden left turn, while my right foot hit the brakes immediately. “What are you doing, Nathan?” I asked him. “Are you trying to cause a car accident on North Avenue?” I was so mad at Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) that I told him that I’d had enough trouble with him and wanted to get a divorce after his attempt to cause me a car accident early morning on North Avenue, near the intersection of Route 83, Kingery Road, on the way to driving Nathan to work at Global Logistics in Bensenville, Illinois.

After I married Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin), I have had a lot of problems, troubles, four (4) kidnappings, auto accidents, home invasions, induced drugs and forced hospitalizations, vandalism, burglaries, theft, murder-for-hire conspiracies to and from going to work, violence against women, domestic violence, human trafficking abuses, tortures, physical injuries, a cardiac stroke, Lombard Criminal Disaster Roofing Water Damages and Losses, and loss of my civil rights and liberties as the spouse of Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin). I have been a resident homeowner and taxpayer, Lombard Victim of Heinous Hate Crimes After Midnight, abused, injected, and kidnapped at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, in Du Page County, Illinois 60148, USA.

Since my Father, Mr. Roberto Hung Juris Doctor purchased Lombard real estate property at 502 South Westmore Avenue and Washington Boulevard, I have been kidnapped four (4) times while I have been married to Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) and after I have lived in the Village of Lombard as an Illinois resident homeowner and taxpayer in District 5, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois USA.

A Certified Interpreter and Translator Experience in the Chicagoland Area, Illinois
I began to interpret and translate for Trans-lingual, Inc. downtown Chicago; then I was hired by Action Translation Bureau owned by Joseph Raudonis in Palos Heights to interpret from English into Spanish and vice versa at the Illinois Industrial Commission where I met Carmen Kenny & Associates who networked interpreters for Illinois Workman’s Compensation hearings, arbitrations, and legal depositions, including medical interpreting and translations for Gloria Domenech & Associates, Burg Translations, Palencia Language Services. I was working as an independent freelance interpreter and translator when I was hired by Linguist Systems Inc. managed by Caroline Weaver De Philips in Cambridge and Boston, Massachusetts. While browsing the local newspapers, I found Interlate Systems Inc. looking for a legal interpreter and translator to work for Traffic Court in the City of Elgin, Aurora, St. Charles at the Kane County Judicial Center, Batavia, Wheaton at the Du Page County Judicial Center, Lake County, Will County, McHenry County, Grundy, LaSalle, DeKalb, and in the Chicagoland area. Over thirty years, I have worked with many other interpreting and translation agencies in the Chicagoland area as a professional certified member of the Chicago Area Translators Association while John Bukacek and Arnoldo Higuero were managing the CHICATA telephone referrals for interpreter assignments, the American Translators Association, and the Federation of International Translators. The Translators and Interpreters Lab (TIP) was managed by Alicia Marshall and Yrma Villareal who also invited Dr. Holly Mikkelson, Ph.D. from Monterey Institute of Languages to train and certify interpreters and translators for CHICATA in Illinois USA. http://youtu.be/-ft5y5X37QE

During 1994, I was working as a Certified Interpreter and Translator for Interlate Systems Inc. assigned to Traffic Court in the City of Elgin, Aurora, Batavia, St. Charles, Geneva, Kane County Judicial Center, Addison, Wheaton in Du Page County, Illinois. I was a professional member of the Chicago Area Translators and Interpreters Association (CHICATA), American Translators Association (ATA), and the Federation of International Translators (FIT-IFT). During the course of employment as a Certified Interpreter and Translator, I was kidnapped by a Black Man from a Parking Lot in Aurora, Kane County, Illinois and forced into a car, abused, physically injured, and hospitalized without my name, as an Alias Unknown Patient after my wallet with identification was stolen and money was taken as well, along with household keys to my Lombard home at 502 S. Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, in District 5, York Township, Du Page County, Illinois 60148-3028 USA. I was unconscious after a head concussion and a blunt hit to the head which caused me to pass out and could not return to my Lombard home in Du Page County, Illinois USA. http://youtu.be/E-I8vflYpqw

Some years ago at my home, a Lombard policeman who offered to drive me home, injured me and stumped my big toe to damage my right foot, causing a permanent right foot injury, after I was kidnapped during work, following a legal interpreting assignment for Interlate Languages Systems, Inc. in Aurora, Illinois. Since then, my fractured right toe has become “halgus valgus”, never healing properly, and has developed into a hammertoe which reclines upon other toes with discomfort and distress upon walking, jogging, or running exercise.

On the 30th Anniversary of Crime Victims’ Rights, I remember how I have been a Victim of Violence Against Women, Kidnappings, Torture, Heinous Hate Crimes, Human Trafficking in Du Page County, Illinois, as a Lombard resident homeowner at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road and Washington Boulevard, near St. Pius X Catholic Church and School.

I was kidnapped from the Master bedroom of the historic Lombard bungalow while I was sleeping after midnight. The house keys to our family home were passed around to Lombard Police and (CI) Covert Informants, so they could have unauthorized access entry to the Hung-Wittler family home when the Lombard resident homeowners were working during the day, afternoon or nights. After midnight, I woke up suddenly and noticed a group of men around the bed. Someone pulled me away from my husband who was sleeping next to me. I started to scream out his name, while the man pulled me forcefully away from my husband who was still in bed. The man carried me away in the new pajamas which Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) had bought for me at the Yorktown Shopping Center in Lombard.

The kidnapper was a White Tall Man, a skinned-head, who pulled me away from my husband while I was in bed and carried me away. The intruder used a hypodermic needle to induce drugs so I would pass out and stop screaming.
Since I remember that I was taken away from the Village of Lombard to another town where I was tortured. During the torture session, my fingers and the palms of my hands were passed over hot flames and singed to damages my fingerprints—I passed out from the pain and abuse of torture. The tips of my fingers were numb and flat. My hands have become weak and I cannot grasp objects which slip away from my fingers and drop onto the floor. I have lost the sense of grasping from both hands and fingers. There is also loss of memory and disability from the damages to my feet since I could not walk. When I returned home with Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) who picked me up after I was tortured, he drove me home. When we got into the kitchen, Nathan Scott Wittler was angry and mad at me, so he took a kitchen knife and started to push the knife into my forearm, leaving a white scar which I still have today.

After midnight and while I was sleeping after working as a Certified Legal Court Interpreter and Translator, intruders would come into the house and inject me on the right side of the neck, behind the right ear and on the rear of the right ear. I was unconscious and sleeping during the kidnapping—aware that I was being abused in my sleep state, like a nightmare when I could not open my eyes and get up.

After I married Nathan Scott Wittler (Patriquin) and since I moved to the Village of Lombard, I had several near-death experiences and motor vehicles with mechanical failures leading to accidents on the Illinois roads and highways. There was a bullet hole on the middle window of the Lombard Brick Bungalow facing Washington Boulevard at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road in the Village of Lombard, York Township, County of DuPage, Illinois, United States of America. My Lombard neighbors residing directly across Washington Boulevard reported criminal access to the Hung-Wittler Family garage after Midnight. Lombard Police Reports support criminal access to the Motor Vehicles owned by the Hung-Wittler Family during their Lombard residency as homeowners and taxpayers at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road.

When I was working as a Federal Employee Claims Examiner Analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation, Employment Standards Administration, General Services Administration at 230 South Dearborn Street, Kluczynski Building on the 8th Floor, I had a motor vehicle accident while driving the Nissan 200SX near Lawrence Avenue in Chicago, Illinois during October 1991.

My Care Story involves Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois healthcare insurance coverage used in 1991 while I worked as a federal employee at the Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation. I was abused and injured by Richard Kadus after 5:30 p.m. with Anita Freeney and Lois Ware who were present during the altercation and left me behind induced by drug overnight at my office desk, face down on the table at the Department of Labor overnight and did not take me home. A few days later, I got into a car accident and was hospitalized at Rush St. Luke Presbyterian Hospital near the University of Illinois during October, November, December, 1991, and January 1992. Then hospital staff abused and injured me at Rush St. Luke Presbyterian Hospital which extended my stay as a patient until January 1992. I have asked for reimbursement of my Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois healthcare coverage during my federal employment since I was injured as a result of abuse by Richard Kadus at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Workman’s Compensation, and also because of hospital staff abusing and injuring my arm which was in a sling at Rush St. Luke Presbyterian Hospital in Chicago. http://youtu.be/PviNn7nDOxc

As a Lombard Victim of High Crimes at 502 South Westmore-Meyers Road, all my Illinois Motor Vehicles suffered from human sabotage and conspiracy malfunction leading to mechanical failures, damages, and losses which caused accidents on the highway during the course of employment as a Certified Court Interpreter, Translator at the Illinois County Courts, City Courts, and Traffic Courts in Aurora, Addison, Elgin, Joliet, St. Charles, Waukegan, Highland Park, Wheaton, DeKalb, LaSalle, Grundy, Geneva, Chicago, Skokie, and during employment as a Communications Consultant for Arroyave Language Academy in Highland Park and Arlington Heights, Berlitz Schools of Languages, Inlingua School of Languages, as an Adjunct Faculty for the College of DuPage, Business Professional Institute, Center for Independent Learning. The AAA Motor Club and Shell Motor Club provided emergency towing service and assistance on the Illinois highways during Motor Vehicle Failures and Accident. The Illinois State Police have assisted and witnessed the Geo Tracker Rollover Accident I had off the ramp from Route 83, Kingery Hwy, leading to I-90 one evening, on my way to Highland Park for the Arroyave Academy evening class I was teaching, when I returned from Berlin, Germany and London, United Kingdom in Europe. During the rainy drive, the Geo Tracker Brakes failed to stop the motor vehicle driving up the ramp, and steered away from the road, off the highway onto to a water ditch. I could not stop the Geo Tracker from rolling off and driving into the water ditch off the ramp on I-90 and Route 83, Kingery Highway. The Geo Tracker was also stolen from the College of Du Page West Parking Lot by the Police Academy, while I was teaching Spanish for Health Care Professionals at the College of Du Page in Glen Ellyn, as reported by the Glen Ellyn Police Department. I have had Flat Tires before going to work at the College of DuPage. Also, the Geo Tracker had Electrical Failures when the Fuses Blew Out.

Then, when I used the Nissan 200SX, the Front Axle Broke Off and Right Front Tire Drove Off the highway on I-90 off Route 83, Kingery Highway, when I was on my way to the Arroyave Academy evening class I was teaching in Highland Park, Illinois. I had to call for Emergency Towing Service and cancel the last class I was teaching for Guillermo Arroyave Academy of Languages in Highland Park.
I tried to order a Brand New Mercedes SUV from Loeber Motors in Westmont, but the Motor Vehicle Has a Damaged Tire and Axle as an Imported Car from Germany—reported to the German-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, Illinois.

Afterwards, I used my Father’s White Mitsubishi Gallant which was Damaged and Sabotaged when After Midnight Intruders into the Garage Used Glue Poured on the Engine, which Caused Smoke Leading to a Hole in the Engine Block—I have a Picture of the Hole in the Engine Block after the Mechanic Replaced the Entire Engine Block. The Mitsubishi Gallant was permanently damages and given to Bongo’s Towing Service in Villa Park, Illinois.
Later, on May 29 and subsequently during June 2003, I purchased two (2) motorcycles, a Yamaha Zuma and a Derbi Boulevard 150 CC from Julio Aquino and Larry Wolfe at Champion Cycle Center, Inc. paying cash for both purchases. Both, the Yamaha Zuma and the Derbi Boulevard 150 CC suffered from Motorcycle Mechanical Failures at Champion Cycle Center, Inc.

IN ADDITION, THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC EMISSION EXHAUST SYSTEM IS STILL UNDER THE DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY. THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC HAS BEEN DAMAGED during the course of service by José Rivera, Service Manager, and the assigned mechanic, Jon Jon, due to carelessness, negligence per se, and failure to provide mechanical service for THE emission exhaust SYSTEM and THE welding of (2) two bolts securing the motor, as guaranteed by the DERBI MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY CONTRACT AND COVERAGE for Emission Exhaust Service (page 18, Derbi Red Power, Boulevard 150 cc., owners’ manual) which “covers class i motorcycle or motor scooter (50-169 cc): for a period of use of five (5) five years or 12,000 kilometers (7,456 miles), whichever first occurs. if an emission-related part on your motor scooter is defective, the part will be repaired or replaced by derbi. this is your emission control system defects warranty”; as well as in the Sales Purchase Agreement provided to the customer, gardenia c. hung, in this legal SETTLEMENT action. IN CHICAGO—SINCE DUST, DEBRIS, AND DIRT HAD PENETRATED THE DERBI EXHAUST EMISSION AND MOTOR SYSTEM WHEN JON JON, THE MECHANIC, HAD OVERDRILLED the HOLE FOR THE SECURING BOLTS WHICH HAD BROKEN OFF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC ON THE ROAD. THE REMOVAL OF THE 2003 DERBI BATTERY PLATE HAS CAUSED WEATHER EXPOSURE AND ENERGY LEAKAGE TO RUST AND PERMANENTLY RUIN THE ELECTRICAL WIRING, BATTERY POSTS, AND 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC OPERATING SYSTEM.
C. FUNCTIONAL DISREPAIR OF THE 2003 DERBI BOULEVARD 150CC CAUSED BY THE DEFENDANTS AT CHAMPION CYCLE CENTER, INC. IN CHICAGO HAS RENDERED THIS MOTORCYCLE INOPERABLE UNDER THE 625 ILCS 5/1-100 ET SEQ.
