Aromatic Sweet Basil Leaves fresh from the garden make the best homemade Pizza with juicy Roma Tomatoes and Red Pimientos.

I started making my own Pizza Dough with 5 cups of Baker’s white flour, 21/2 tspns of yeast, some sugar, and salt. Mixing all the ingredients with premium Olive Oil and Water. After the Pizza Dough is ready, a lot of kneading makes the dough ready to rise for one hour.

Once risen, the Pizza Dough is rolled out onto a flat pizza pan. Add Parmesano Romano cheese, Tomatoes Sauce, and spices to taste. Then decorate the Pizza with Aromatic Basil, Tomatoes slices, Red Pimientos, Olives, and sprinkte with grated Parmesano Romano. Bake at 400°F for 20-30 minutes or more to the taste of a crispy thin crust pizza.
